why is the system charging more than the 3% for a transaction fee. Example this morning a customer charged $65 which should have been a minimum of $2 and instead they were charged $2.45

Good afternoon. The site fee charge is correct. We charge a minimum of $2 which includes a 50 cent per transaction fee. So actually the minimum site fee charge is 1.50 but adding on the 50 cent transaction fee equals $2.00. If someone pays $50 or below there will be a site fee of $2 (the minimum) but if someone pays $51 then the site fee will be 2.03 and go up from there.

Then your marking material is extremely misleading for customers. it reads 3% or a min of $2. The breaking point would be closer to $67 as stated on the flyers provided $70 would be $2.10.
